In our commitment to providing a unique shopping experience for our products, we present to you the terms and conditions of the NH Net Home store:
1- Please do not complete the purchase from the store without contacting us to understand your request and know the available sizes and colors, and then confirm the pricing and whether we can serve you in your city or not. Note that large orders that require taking measurements and installation from us are only in Riyadh, as they require a visit to take measurements and install at the customer’s home. There is a service for visiting to take measurements and choose colors and specifications in Riyadh, which is refunded from the order value when it is implemented, and also a paid design service.
2- The full amount must be paid to start manufacturing and shipping or delivery immediately after the manufacturing is completed. All products are made according to the pictures, measurements and specifications that the customer wants, and we do not have pre-stock.
3- Shipping will take place within a maximum of 10 days after the completion of manufacturing, via our approved shipping companies, whose delivery time varies depending on the customer’s location and is usually 3-7 working days. The expected time for the goods to arrive is an estimate, and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store’s control.
4- We ship our products on wooden pallets. The product will arrive fully assembled and the customer does not need to assemble it.
5- The delivery dates for custom-made bedrooms, screens, and other decorations in Riyadh depend on their quantity, which may take up to 30 working days, and this will be explained to the customer before approving their order.
6- The full amount must be paid when ordering, at the end of the manufacturing period and before installation, as the order will not be released for installation until 100% of its value has been paid.
7- Net Home has the right to photograph completed work before and after its completion for quality documentation and internal archiving purposes. It also has the right to use images and videos of the product or service in marketing and advertising materials, including its website and social media platforms, without disclosing the client's identity or any personal details.
If the client wishes not to publish the images or use them for marketing purposes, the organization must be notified in writing before the project is implemented, and this notification is binding on both parties.
Return policy for custom manufacturing :
1- The value of furniture orders will not be refunded after manufacturing has begun.
2- In the event of an error by the customer in the order or his withdrawal, he has the right to amend the order and get a refund within 24 hours from the time of the order, provided that manufacturing has not started, and the refund will be made to the same bank account of the order owner within 5 working days.
3- In the event that a damaged product arrives, we will compensate the customer with another replacement product, provided that the customer is notified of the damage within one day of receiving the product, and it must be repackaged and placed on the pallet as it arrived until the shipping company receives it, taking into account the manufacturing and shipping time of the replacement product. If the customer does not want the replacement product, the shipping cost (round trip) will be deducted, and only the order value will be refunded.
5- We do not accept returns of any product due to slight differences in color tones, as colors may vary from device to device and according to lighting conditions and type. The images in the store are approximate, and those sent to customers via WhatsApp are also approximate and not professional. The dimensions or colors of the product may not appear as they actually are. We rely on the dimensions, divisions, and specifications as stated in the order invoice.
6- The store has the right to cancel the order at any time and return the money to the customer, in the event of any materials used in manufacturing running out, or there are difficulties in shipping, or an increase in cost to the customer or the store, or for any reason whatsoever, such as an error in the order, sizes, or image. This entails informing the customer of the reason for the cancellation and refunding the money to the customer’s account without any deduction from the transferred amount.
7- We only provide customers with product measurements and dimensions, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the customer regarding the dimensions he has during special manufacturing unless we take the measurements.
8- If the customer refuses to receive the order after it arrives for any reason, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping or transportation "to and from" and the store shall disclaim any responsibility related to damage resulting from reloading and downloading.
9- The warranty does not cover cases of misuse, such as burning, breakage or damage resulting from the use of chemical cleaning materials. In the event that the product needs maintenance, whether free or paid, the customer shall bear the expenses of transporting the product to the workshop (external shipping or delivery in Riyadh) if it cannot be treated and maintained at the customer’s home in Riyadh or the customer cannot maintain his product in his area.
